Version user-terms-v2-2026-09 · Effective 26 September 2026
These User Terms are between you, an individual using CollegioDx, and Trustqed Social Private Limited (CIN U58199UP2023PTC186306), registered office at Flat 10052, Tower 10, Plot No. GH-01A, ATS One Hamlet, Sector 104, Baraula, Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar 201304, Uttar Pradesh, India ("CollegioDx", "we"). By accepting them you agree to be bound by them. The CollegioDx Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
1.1 You use CollegioDx as a member of one or more organisations (clinics, hospitals or practices). What you can see and do is decided by the organisation that granted you access, under the Platform Terms of Service it accepted. Your organisation, not CollegioDx, is responsible for your role and permissions.
1.2 Your credentials are personal. Do not share your login, and do not use anyone else's. Tell your organisation and CollegioDx without delay if you believe your account has been compromised.
1.3 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and must give accurate information about yourself, including your name and, where you are a healthcare professional, your registration details.
2.1 Patient records in CollegioDx are confidential. You may access them only for the care and administration of the patients your organisation is treating and only to the extent your role requires.
2.2 Every access to a patient record is logged and visible to your organisation's administrators. Do not copy, photograph, export or share patient data except through the features of the Service and as your organisation permits.
3.1 CollegioDx does not practise medicine. Every clinical output of the Service, including text produced by artificial-intelligence features, voice dictation, templates, reference data and drug-interaction checks, is a draft for the professional judgement of a registered medical practitioner. If you sign a clinical record you are its author and responsible for it.
3.2 Only registered medical practitioners may sign encounters and issue prescriptions. Signing requires a separate self-declaration of your registration, which is recorded and may be verified.
3.3 You must comply with the professional conduct rules that apply to you, including the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002 and the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices, 2024.
You shall not:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of your organisation's policies; (b) upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with the Service or other users; (c) scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data except through documented export features; (d) misrepresent your identity, qualifications or authority; or (e) use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages to patients.
5.1 CollegioDx holds Account Data about you (name, e-mail, phone, registration number, specialty, organisation memberships, and records of your use of the Service) as described in the Privacy Policy, and uses it to operate the Service, keep it secure, meet legal duties, and improve it.
5.2 Sponsored content. The Service is free and includes clearly labelled sponsored medical-education content and product information from healthcare industry partners. It is selected by the context of the screen and by practice-level attributes recorded in your organisation's settings (such as the practice's specialty, departments and location), not by any individual doctor's profile or prescribing. It never influences the clinical features of the Service, including medicine search, dictation, prescription drafting and interaction checks. Should CollegioDx ever wish to select sponsored content using your personal data, it will ask for your separate consent first.
5.3 You can exercise your rights over your Account Data, including access, correction and erasure, as described in the Privacy Policy. Clinical records you authored belong to the organisation's patient record and are retained by it as the law requires.
6.1 Your organisation may remove your access at any time. You may ask your organisation to remove you, or ask CollegioDx to close your account, at any time.
6.2 CollegioDx may suspend or end your access if you breach these User Terms or if required by law or to protect the Service or other users.
CollegioDx may update these User Terms. A material change will be shown to you in the Service and takes effect for you when you accept it. Editorial changes take effect on publication with notice in the Service.
8.1 The Service is provided to you free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CollegioDx's total liability to you is limited to INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees), and CollegioDx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
8.2 These User Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any remedy you may have under consumer-protection law.
8.3 Questions and grievances: the Grievance Officer named on the Privacy page, support@trustqed.com.
